We all hate shipping costs when shopping online, No worries. with Imka Cosmetics, shipping is free with a minimum purchase of $49

Standard shipping is FREE for all orders in Canada & USA at Imka Cosmetics! with a minimum purchase of $49

Flat rate is $6.99 for all orders in Canada & USA with all purchase less than $49

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only.
Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm EST. Excludes Holidays.

All orders are subject to approval. We will contact you if needed.

Please note we are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout and cannot change the address after order has shipped out from our facilities.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, and additional 4-5 business days for delivery.

This time is treated only when you place your orders before 2:00 pm. Any orders you place after 2:00 pm will be processed the next morning. The delivery time does not include any public holidays or weekends

RETURNED OR REFUSED PACKAGES

If any package gets returned to us by the carrier there is a reshipping fee of $6.95.

This applies for any of the following:

Packages That The Carrier Was Unable To Deliver Due To Insufficient Address
Customer Missed 3 Delivery Attempts
Customer Failed To Pick Up Package From Post Office After Delivery Was Missed

Return Time Frame: Any item(s) can be exchanged and or returned within 7-days of receiving your product(s). Any and all merchandise must be returned in its new and original condition, all tags attached and must be unworn. Once you receive your merchandise you have 48 hours to look over for any manufacturing defects. Merchandise may be exchanged for size, color or new style within the 7-days.

All Beauty products are finals.

Return Shipping: When mailing back any merchandise we suggest that you purchase tracking and insurance for your package, as we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. Customer will be responsible for a return shipping cost

shipping process: Please allow 15 days for the processing of all returned items. If you have not received a refund within 30 days, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any price adjustments on previous purchases.

CUSTOMS, IMPORT FEES AND IMPORT RESTRICTIONS

If you're ordering from US or outside of CANADA, your order may be subject to customs and import duties. Imka Cosmetics has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Imka Cosmetics reserves the right to charge shipping on all orders where the customer lives in remote areas and excessive shipping charges apply.
